JERKO BEZIC, Ph.D., ethnomusicologist, is a scientific counselor at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research in Zagreb and a member of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts.

ZDRAVKO BLAZEKOVIC, Ph.D., musicologist, is the executive director of RILM, New York. He is the only contributor to this volume who lives outside of Croatia on permanent basis.

RUZA BONIFACIC, M.A., ethnomusicologist, is an assistant at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research in Zagreb.

NAILA CERIBASIC, M.A., ethnomusicologist, is an assistant at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research in Zagreb.

MIROSLAVA HADZIHUSEJNOVIC-VALASEK, M.A., ethnomusicologist, is a retired professor of the University of Osijek and a permanent collaborator of the Croatian Radio in Zagreb.

KORALJKA KOS, Ph.D., musicologist, is a retired professor of the University of Zagreb and a member of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts.

SANJA MAJER-BOBETKO, Ph.D., musicologist, is a research scholar at the Department for the History of Croatian Music of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Zagreb.

SVANIBOR PETTAN, Ph.D., ethnomusicologist, is a research scholar at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research in Zagreb and an asst. professor at the University of Ljubljana.

STANISLAV TUKSAR, Ph.D., musicologist, is a professor at the University of Zagreb and a member of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts.

TVRTKO ZEBEC, M.A., ethnochoreologist, is an assistant at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research in Zagreb.
